- Proven experience supporting senior leadership and influencing strategic decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functional areas, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
- Strong understanding of employment law and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
