The ideal candidate is a proactive HR professional with extensive experience in partnering with senior management to drive people initiatives and ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices. Key responsibilities include: acting as a trusted advisor to assigned business units, providing expert guidance on HR policies and procedures; leading talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning initiatives; managing complex employee relations issues, investigations, and resolutions; developing and implementing HR programs to support organizational growth and employee engagement; advising on compensation and benefits strategies; ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations; facilitating organizational design and change management processes; and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR operations and service delivery in a remote setting.
