- Oversee the daily operations of the Finance department.

Qualifications

What You'll Own
1. Accounting Operations & Reporting
- Lead group-wide accounting operations: close the books monthly, quarterly, and annually with accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, cost accounting, and revenue recognition activities.
- Manage reconciliation processes and support internal audits; ensure consolidated financial statements comply with IFRS and delivered to investor and Board of Directors' expectations.

2. Internal Controls & Regulatory Compliance
- Design, enforce, and continuously refine internal control systems to prevent errors and safeguard assets.

3. Cash Flow, Treasury & Budgeting
- Own group-level cash flow forecasting, treasury management, and multi-currency liquidity.

4. Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

What You Bring
Educational Credentials
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent strongly preferred.
Experience & Technical Acumen
- 5+ years in controller or senior accounting roles at high-growth, multi-jurisdictional organizations; Big 4 accounting firm experience strongly preferred.
- Deep expertise in financial reporting, IFRS, internal controls, audits, cash forecasting, cost accounting and ERP systems. Sage ERP experience, preferred.
