Qualifications

  • CPA licensed

What You'll Own

1. Accounting Operations & Reporting

  • Lead group-wide accounting operations: close the books monthly, quarterly, and annually with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, cost accounting, and revenue recognition activities.
  • Manage reconciliation processes and support internal audits; ensure consolidated financial statements comply with IFRS and delivered to investor and Board of Directors' expectations.
  • Ensure that all dialysis billings are compliant with AHN standards and the standards of our hospital and insurance partners.
  • Maintain investor-grade data rooms with up-to-date, compliant financials

2. Internal Controls & Regulatory Compliance

  • Design, enforce, and continuously refine internal control systems to prevent errors and safeguard assets.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with relevant tax, accounting, and regulatory standards across countries. Collaborate effectively with external auditors.

3. Cash Flow, Treasury & Budgeting

  • Own group-level cash flow forecasting, treasury management, and multi-currency liquidity.
  • Collaborate with the CFO, COO, and country teams to develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and perform variance analysis to support decision making.

4. Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to drive cost containment, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.
  • Build and maintain financial dashboards, KPI reporting, and real-time performance insights to guide operations.
  • Drive process improvements across month-end close, consolidation, forecasting, billing-to-cash, and reporting cycles to scale operations effectively.

5. Systems & Team Leadership

  • Finalize ERP implementation (in SAGE) and further ERP improvements/optimization to bolster financial transparency and scalability.
  • Mentor and develop finance teams across multiple countries; ensure efficient accounting team structure and talent growth.
  • Build a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Educational Credentials

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent strongly preferred.

Experience & Technical Acumen

  • 5+ years in controller or senior accounting roles at high-growth, multi-jurisdictional organizations; Big 4 accounting firm experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in financial reporting, IFRS, internal controls, audits, cash forecasting, cost accounting and ERP systems. Sage ERP experience, preferred.
