Role Profile
The successful Field Sales Manager has the primary responsibility for managing all sales activities within the assigned shop. Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably within the industrial equipment sector.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of industrial equipment and its applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for managing leads and customer interactions.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Enthusiasm for sales and a passion for building customer relationships.
This is a field-based role requiring regular travel within the specified region. While not remote, it offers the opportunity to manage your own schedule and territory effectively.
