Job Title: Digital Marketer – Social Media & Content Specialist Location: NairobiReporting To: C.E.OContract Type: Full-timeJob Summary: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to manage and grow our social media presence, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility through compelling content. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of social media platforms management, Shoot and edit photos and videos for social media, website, and promotional use, and have a passion for storytelling through video and photography, and a data-driven mindset to optimize content for engagement and conversion.Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management ● Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers, engagement, and leads across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).● Manage the content calendar and post scheduling to ensure consistent brand messaging.● Monitor social media trends and conversations, responding to comments and messages promptly.● Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.Content Creation ● Plan, create, and edit engaging content for social media, vlogs, and digital ads.● Write compelling captions and copy tailored to target audiences and platform best practices.● Develop creative briefs and coordinate content campaigns with cross-functional teams.Videography & Photography ● Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media, events, and brand campaigns.● Produce short-form videos and reels that align with current social media trends and brand identity.● Maintain and organize digital media libraries and ensure all content meets brand standards.RequirementsQualifications & Skills: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.● 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably in a social media-focused role.● Proven ability to grow social media accounts and generate leads.● Proficiency in video and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, Canva).● Excellent communication, storytelling, and visual design skills.● Strong understanding of SEO, lead funnels, and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).● Self-starter with excellent time management, creativity, and attention to detail.
