Job Description – Auto Denters, Car Painters & Car Polishers (Kuwait)

We are hiring
Auto Denters, Car Painters, and Car Polishers
for Kuwait. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience, relevant training/certification, and strong skills in vehicle body repair, painting, or polishing. Attention to detail, teamwork, and quality workmanship are essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Assess and repair vehicle body damage, dents, and paint defects.
2. Straighten frames and replace damaged panels or parts.
3. Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, priming, and masking.
4. Mix, match, and apply paint for smooth finishes.
5. Polish and buff surfaces to restore shine and remove scratches.
6. Maintain and use tools, spray guns, and polishing equipment properly.
7. Ensure repairs and finishes meet industry and safety standards.
8. Work efficiently to deliver quality results within set timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Certificate/Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in denting, painting, or polishing.
3. Knowledge of welding, body repair, paint mixing, and polishing techniques.
4. Ability to operate relevant tools and machines.
5. Strong attention to detail and precision.
6. Good teamwork and communication skills.
7. Physical stamina and ability to handle demanding tasks.
8. Safety-conscious with good problem-solving skills.

• Design, develop, and test complex mechanical components and systems for vehicles using CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, NX).
• Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for stress, vibration, thermal, and fatigue analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and manufacturing specialists.
• Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
• Identify and implement design improvements to enhance performance, reduce cost, and improve manufacturability.
• Support prototype builds and testing, analyzing results and iterating on designs.
• Ensure designs comply with automotive standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
• Stay current with automotive technology trends, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during development and production phases.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in automotive mechanical design.
• Proficiency in advanced 3D CAD software and associated PDM/PLM systems.
• Strong experience with FEA tools for mechanical simulation.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical concepts.

• Perform scheduled line maintenance checks, including pre-flight, transit, and overnight checks, in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Conduct visual inspections of aircraft structures, systems, and components to identify defects, wear, and damage.
• Execute minor repairs, replacements, and adjustments to aircraft systems and components as required.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, utilizing technical manuals and diagnostic equipment.
• Document all maintenance actions accurately and comprehensively in the aircraft logbook and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and relevant aviation regulations (e.g., EASA, FAA, KCAA).
