  • Create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings.
  • Perform engineering analysis, including stress, strain, and thermal analysis (FEA).
  • Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure design for manufacturability and assembly (DFMA).
  • Select appropriate materials and components based on performance and cost requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, software, manufacturing) to achieve integrated solutions.
  • Develop and test prototypes, conducting design validation and verification.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical design issues throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior mechanical engineers and conduct design reviews.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in mechanical design, automation, and manufacturing technologies.
  • Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and reports.
