- Leading and developing a high-performing supply chain team.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as APICS (CSCP, CPIM) are highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations.
- Proven experience in managing global supply chains and international logistics.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain planning and optimization software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain visibility tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage remote teams, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and warehousing best practices.
- Strategic thinking and a results-oriented approach.
