Our client, a renowned hospitality group, is seeking an organized and creative Event Planning Manager to orchestrate memorable events at their esteemed venues in Bungoma, Bungoma, KE . This role is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations and corporate functions. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, including client consultations, conceptualization, budgeting, vendor management, and on-site execution. This involves developing detailed event proposals, coordinating with catering, audiovisual, and decor teams to ensure seamless delivery. Contract negotiation with suppliers and clients is a key responsibility, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
