Our client, a rapidly expanding technology firm, is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Technical Recruiter to lead their global talent acquisition efforts. This is a critical, fully remote role focused on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent across various disciplines. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's engineering and product teams by identifying and engaging with passive candidates, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies, building robust talent pipelines for niche roles, conducting in-depth technical screenings, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and drive the recruitment process forward.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in technical recruitment, specifically within fast-paced, high-growth environments. You should possess a deep understanding of the technology landscape, including various programming languages, frameworks, and software development methodologies. Experience with advanced Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential. Strong negotiation and closing skills are required, along with the ability to build rapport and influence candidates effectively. You should be adept at managing multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritizing effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills are crucial, as you will be working closely with senior leadership and hiring managers. This role demands a high level of autonomy, proactivity, and a results-oriented approach. As a fully remote professional, you must be self-disciplined, organized, and proficient in using virtual collaboration tools. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent globally.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering, product, and other technical roles.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, technical interviews, and assessments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates and potential hires.
  • Partner effectively with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
  • Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize processes.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting.
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring niche technical roles.
  • Deep understanding of the technology industry and common tech stacks.
  • Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS usage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a remote setting.
