Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking an exceptional Lead Technical Recruiter to spearhead their global talent acquisition efforts. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to engage with candidates and hiring managers worldwide from the comfort of your home office. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier technology talent across various domains, including software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and cloud computing. This leadership role involves managing a team of recruiters, setting performance metrics, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. You will partner closely with clients to understand their technical staffing needs, develop robust sourcing plans, and build strong pipelines of qualified candidates. Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and leveraging recruitment technologies such as ATS and CRM platforms is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the tech landscape, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You should be adept at managing complex requisitions, providing market intelligence, and contributing to the strategic growth of the consultancy. - Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on team performance and market trends.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for a wide range of technology roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, cloud architects).
- Expertise in sourcing techniques and utilizing recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong understanding of the global technology market and talent landscape.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex recruitment projects.
- Experience in a consultancy or agency environment is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and lead a remote team effectively.
