Our client is a premier recruitment consultancy seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their fully remote workforce. This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier technical talent for a diverse range of clients across various industries. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation, all conducted virtually.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the technical landscape, including various programming languages, software development methodologies, cloud technologies, and data science concepts. You will leverage your expertise to source candidates through various online channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and our internal database. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates is paramount. Your ability to effectively assess technical skills, cultural fit, and candidate motivation through remote interviews is key.

- Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Negotiating job offers and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Staying current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and technical recruiting.
- Building and nurturing a strong talent network.
- Maintaining accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume reviews, initial interviews, and technical assessments.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates across various disciplines (e.g., software engineering, data science, cybersecurity).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates, ensuring competitive and fair terms.
- Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and market insights to inform recruitment strategies.
- Track recruitment metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports on hiring progress, time-to-fill, and candidate quality.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote the client's organization as an employer of choice.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment agency or RPO.
- Proven track record of successfully filling complex technical roles across various technology stacks.
- Extensive experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean search strings, and online recruitment platforms.
- Excellent understanding of the technology landscape, including programming languages, frameworks, and IT infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in diversity and inclusion recruiting practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
