As a Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist, you will engage with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers to educate them on our products, clinical data, and therapeutic advantages. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Building trust and rapport with key opinion leaders and decision-makers will be crucial. You will also monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide valuable market intelligence to the company. Attending virtual medical conferences and staying abreast of the latest medical advancements will be an integral part of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual sales objectives for assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals (physicians, specialists, pharmacists) within your territory.
- Educate healthcare providers on the features, benefits, and clinical data of our pharmaceutical products.

Qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, therapeutic areas, and prescription drug market.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical research.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
