  • Advocate of the High Court of Kenya of at least 2 years' post-admission.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal assistant or executive assistant in a legal environment.
  • Proficiency in legal terminology and procedures.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and legal practice management software.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
  • Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously is a plus.
