Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in bioinformatics research.
  • Extensive experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and Perl.
  • Proven expertise in analyzing next-generation sequencing (NGS) data.
  • Deep understanding of biological pathways, molecular biology, and genomics.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for large-scale data analysis.
  • Strong statistical modeling and machine learning skills.
  • Excellent scientific writing and presentation skills.
