Qualifications:
  • A Ph.D. in Plant Pathology, Entomology, Weed Science, Agronomy, or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of post-doctoral or industry research experience in crop protection science.
  • Demonstrated expertise in identifying, diagnosing, and managing key crop pests, diseases, and weeds.
  • Proven experience in experimental design, data analysis (including statistical software like R or SAS), and interpretation.
  • Strong publication record in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex scientific information clearly and effectively in a remote setting.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple research projects, and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Proficiency with scientific literature databases and research methodologies.
  • Experience with integrated pest management (IPM) principles and sustainable agriculture practices is essential.
  • Familiarity with regulatory affairs and product registration processes is a plus.
