Nature of the Job: Full-time
Location: Kisumu, Miwani
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Protect life and company property at all times.
Conduct routine searches of employees and visitors entering and exiting company premises.
Monitor and secure entry and exit gates to prevent unauthorized access.
Carry out regular night patrols and surveillance.
Prevent, detect, and report incidents of crime.
Arrest and hand over offenders to law enforcement authorities when necessary.
Maintain peace, order, and discipline within the company environment.
Provide regular reports and feedback to the Security Manager.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have completed KCSE (Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role; NYS training will be an added advantage.
Height requirement: 175 cm and above.
Must be physically fit and have no criminal record.

Join our Group Security GRC team within R2S (Risk, Resilience & Security) department as an Information Security Officer. You'll be part of an international dynamic team, working on essential security processes that protect Worldline's assets and operations. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of multiple security domains and contribute directly to the organization's security posture.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and/or support multiple security processes including ISMS governance, risk assessments, and control frameworks, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulations
- Collaborate with GBL security teams to monitor implementation of security processes, consolidate reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and execute security awareness programs including phishing campaigns and mandatory training to strengthen organizational security culture
- Establish and maintain security dashboards and KPIs/KRIs, coordinating with stakeholders for data gathering and analysis
- Contribute to the Worldline Cyber Security program and provide security expertise for strategic initiatives such as Cloud transformation and M&A activities
