Screening & Assessments (at Scale)

  • Run rapid screening (CV/phone) against must-have criteria, with
    fluency and communication quality
    as a top priority.
  • Schedule and facilitate assessment days: aptitude, language/comms, typing, role-plays, and culture fit.
  • Coordinate bulk interviews (panel/line) and keep guides/calibrations current.

Selection & Offers

  • Consolidate interview feedback, drive calibration, and issue outcomes promptly.
  • Prepare offer packs, manage pre-employment checks (references, background/medical where applicable), and transition candidates to onboarding.

Stakeholder & Process Management

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to align on numbers, start dates, and ramp plans.
  • Track each cohort through ATS/trackers; report daily/weekly funnel metrics (apps → screened → assessed → offers → show-ups).
  • Close every requisition formally and communicate to successful and unsuccessful candidates.

Candidate Experience & Brand

  • Keep candidates informed, respected, and engaged across all stages.
  • Promote a culture of fairness, transparency, and accessibility consistent with CareerBox values.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to increase speed, quality, and conversion.

  • Ability to
    assess and select fluent, well-spoken candidates
    confidently.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Proven high-volume/BPO bulk recruiting experience (class hiring).
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and hiring
    fluent customer-facing agents
    .
  • Familiarity with talent pipelines, community outreach, and assessment center models.
  • Strong stakeholder management with Hiring Managers and Operations.
  • Superb organization and attention to detail across multiple concurrent cohorts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR/ATS systems; basic reporting in Excel.

  • Weekly hires vs. target;
    fluency pass rates
    and quality scores.
  • Offer-to-show and show-to-stick rates.
  • Stage conversion rates and average time-to-hire.
