  • Develop and deliver remote technical training programs for client personnel.
  • Analyze system performance data to identify potential issues and recommend optimizations.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices for internal knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on product improvements based on field feedback.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies in robotics, PLC, and HMI systems.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in field service or technical support for industrial automation and robotics.
  • Proficiency with major robot brands (e.g., KUKA, ABB, FANUC) and PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
  • Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
  • Experience with HMI design and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for on-site support if required (though primarily remote).
