Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum design and development, with a significant focus on online or higher education.
- Proven ability to lead curriculum development projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and online learning technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard.
- Proficiency in creating engaging digital content and multimedia resources.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a virtual environment.
- Reliable internet access and a suitable remote work environment.
