- Conduct needs analyses and provide recommendations for improvements to existing online courses and programs.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in online learning, instructional technology, and higher education pedagogy.
- Facilitate training sessions for faculty on effective online teaching strategies and instructional design principles.
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in instructional design, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role, preferably within higher education.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing high-quality online courses for diverse learner populations.
- In-depth knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models, and assessment strategies.
- Proficiency with various Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.
