  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on process optimization and operations management.
  • Proven experience leading and implementing significant process improvement projects.
  • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred), and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in process simulation software, statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP), and data visualization platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Knowledge of various industrial sectors and manufacturing processes.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
