Qualifications:

- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt certification preferred), and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab).
