- Monitor and report on the performance of implemented process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial engineering and process improvement.
- Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in process mapping, simulation software, and statistical analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a hybrid work environment is beneficial.
