Job Description
As the Lead Process Improvement Engineer, you will:
- Analyze complex industrial processes across various departments to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in process improvement, industrial engineering, or operations management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing significant process improvements.
- Expert knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred), and Kaizen principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
