Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or industrial engineering, with a significant portion in leadership roles.
  • Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma is mandatory; Master Black Belt preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex, cross-functional improvement projects.
  • Strong proficiency in process mapping, simulation, and statistical analysis software.
  • Excellent understanding of change management principles and techniques.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience working in a fully remote, distributed team environment is essential.
