Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Industrial Process Improvement Engineer to drive efficiency and optimize production processes. This role involves analyzing existing industrial operations, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing sustainable solutions for enhanced productivity and reduced waste. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement across our manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in industrial engineering principles, Lean manufacturing methodologies, and Six Sigma tools. You will lead cross-functional teams in process analysis, redesign, and implementation projects. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a data-driven approach, and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders. You will be involved in everything from process mapping and simulation to the implementation of new workflows and technologies. Collaboration with operations, quality, and engineering departments is key to success.
