The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field. A minimum of 8 years of experience in field service engineering, automation systems, or industrial maintenance is required, with a significant portion involving remote support or complex troubleshooting. Proven expertise with various PLC brands (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), industrial networks, and robotic systems is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills are paramount. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective remote collaboration and customer interaction. Experience in a lead or supervisory role within a service team is highly desirable.
