Your primary duties will involve remote diagnostics of equipment failures, developing and implementing effective repair strategies, and providing detailed technical guidance to on-site technicians or end-users. You will be expected to analyze performance data, identify root causes of recurring issues, and propose long-term solutions to enhance reliability and efficiency. This role requires deep technical expertise across various mechanical, electrical, and software systems. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including service manuals, troubleshooting guides, and best practice advisories. Furthermore, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes, tools, and training programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to identifying potential issues, and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders in a remote setting. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from any location with a stable internet connection.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
