Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related), Operations Management, or Business Administration. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a plant management or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in managing high-volume production environments, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with production planning, quality management systems (e.g., ISO/TS 16949), and supply chain management.
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and people management skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing plant budgets.
