Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.

- Lead and mentor junior field service engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Be available for on-call support as required.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical support role, with a strong focus on industrial automation.
- Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting various PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), HMI software, and SCADA systems.
- Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of industrial networks (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and electrical schematics.
- Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 70% of the time) to client sites.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic, field-based environment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
