Key Responsibilities

  1. Travel to customer locations to provide on-site technical support and assistance.
  2. Install and configure the StreamPrime application on a wide range of devices, with a primary focus on Android TVs, Smart TVs, and other TV-connected devices.
  3. Assist customers with the installation and setup of the application on mobile devices (Android) as needed.
  4. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software installation, account login, network connectivity, and device performance.
  5. Provide clear, hands-on training to customers on how to use and navigate the StreamPrime interface, including our Smart TV interface.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve common user issues, such as billing inquiries or account access problems, in a professional and efficient manner.
  7. Ensure customers have a positive and successful experience, leaving them confident in their ability to use the service.
  8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the StreamPrime brand positively during all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  1. Proven experience in an IT support, field technician, or a similar hands-on technical role.
  2. A strong background in IT with a good understanding of consumer electronics, especially Smart TVs and Android TV systems.
  3. Proficiency in installing and configuring applications, including experience with APK files.
  4. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to identify and solve problems logically.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and friendly demeanour.
  6. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical customers.
  7. Must be self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing a schedule of on-site visits.
  8. A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation is required.

Key Responsibilities

This 18-month, Level 3 Diploma in Water Process Technology is a blend of real-world experience and structured learning. You will spend 20% of your time in a formal training environment, supported by both internal and external training providers. The remaining 80% will be hands-on, working out in the field alongside experienced professionals, where you will develop practical skills and apply what you've learned.

As part of this apprenticeship, you'll get involved in major engineering and infrastructure projects, including reservoir outages and chlorination activities, which will provide you with insight into high-impact operations within the clean water sector.

Throughout the programme, you'll gain a wide range of technical and practical skills, including:

  • Analysing and assessing network performance, including water pressure, flow, and leakage

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform remote installations, configurations, and maintenance of equipment and systems.
  • Document all technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with engineering and development teams to escalate and resolve persistent problems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry best practices.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support or field service role.
  • Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues across various platforms.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with remote management tools and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA) are a plus.
