  • Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitive analysis, and identify new optimization opportunities.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements for website structure, speed, and mobile-friendliness.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking for search engines.
  • Develop and manage effective paid search (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to achieve KPIs.
  • Track, report, and analyze key SEO and SEM metrics (e.g., keyword rankings, traffic, conversion rates, CPA, ROI).
  • Implement A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and campaign elements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and SEM trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital efforts.
  • Manage link-building strategies and outreach efforts.
  • Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any SEO or SEM related issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing SEO and SEM campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Extensive experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns, including bid management, budget allocation, and ad copywriting.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO and website performance optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics) are highly desirable.
