Our client is a rapidly growing e-commerce business looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in SEO and SEM to join their fully remote marketing department. This role is vital in driving online visibility, increasing website traffic, and optimizing customer acquisition through effective search engine strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO and SEM campaigns, conducting keyword research, analyzing website performance, and managing paid search advertising budgets. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, best practices, and a proven track record of improving search rankings and ROI. This fully remote position requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, structure, and technical aspects for search engines.
  • Manage and execute SEM campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
  • Manage paid search budgets and bidding strategies to achieve performance goals.
  • Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and SEM trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned.
  • Identify and implement A/B testing opportunities for ad copy, landing pages, and targeting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and SEM.
  • Proven experience in managing successful Google Ads campaigns and achieving target KPIs.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting.
