As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking to pre-qualify a pool of competent, certified, and reliable contractors in mechanical, electrical, and mechatronic engineering disciplines who will support Synkron International's projects on a need basis.
2. Objectives of the Call
The objective of this call is to:
1. Establish a database of pre-qualified contractors for rapid mobilization on projects.
2. Ensure contractors meet regulatory, professional, and compliance standards in engineering services.
3. Engage contractors who can provide cost-effective, high-quality, and timely services.
4. Enhance Synkron International's capacity to deliver specialized and large-scale engineering projects.
5. Promote innovation in industrial automation and mechatronics.
6. Strengthen partnerships with contractors who prioritize safety, quality assurance, and sustainability.
7. Provide transparency and competitiveness in the contractor engagement process.
3. Scope of Work
Contractors will provide specialized engineering services in
mechanical, electrical, and mechatronic engineering
. The scope includes, but is not limited to:
A. Mechanical Engineering
· Installation, servicing, and maintenance of industrial machinery.
· Fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly works.
· Preventive and corrective maintenance.
· Calibration and alignment of rotating equipment.
· HVAC and piping systems installation and maintenance.
B. Electrical Engineering
· Electrical installations (industrial wiring, cabling, lighting).
· Transformer and switchgear servicing.
· Panel building and automation systems.
· Energy audits and power factor correction.
· Testing, inspection, and certification of electrical systems.
C. Mechatronic Engineering & Automation
· Design and integration of automation and robotics.
· PLC programming, testing, and troubleshooting.
· System calibration and optimization.
· Industrial sensors and instrumentation services.
· Smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 solutions.
4. Eligibility & Requirements
