The Tug Chief Engineer will oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of systems aboard the tug vessel, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective operations. This role is critical to maintaining the operational readiness and reliability of the tug for all required maritime services.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee and manage all engineering operations aboard the tug, including the operation, maintenance, and repair of the main and auxiliary engines, propulsion systems, generators, electrical systems, hydraulics, and HVAC systems.
+ Supervise the engineering crew and assign daily tasks to ensure the efficient and safe functioning of all onboard machinery and systems.
+ Prepare, implement, and monitor preventive and scheduled maintenance programs to ensure all tug systems and equipment remain operational within regulatory compliance and performance parameters.
+ Perform inspections of the tug's engineering spaces to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of all equipment.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Leads and oversees requested efforts for pooled and exploratory analyses working closely with Statistics TA lead and/or study statisticians as well as with clinical programming team and their collection of legacy data
+ Leads and oversees the in-house specification and delivery of ISS and ISE datasets and associated output (tables, figures and listings) when not provided by CRO
+ Leads and oversees the design and implementation of complex SAS programs for applications designed to analyze and report complex clinical trial data in CDISC ADaM format
+ Leads and oversees the development of global tools that will increase the efficiency and capacity of the Statistical Programming group
+ Works closely with clinical study teams to plans and executes activities to ensure project timelines are met with high quality deliverables
+ Collaborates with CR&D staff regarding data analysis requests
+ Performs additional statistical analyses including but not limited to:
o Support responses to regulatory agencies
o Generate integrated summary of safety and efficacy
o Support publications and presentations
o Support planning and reporting of clinical trials via exploratory analyses of available data
**Requirements**
+ BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related area with relevant experience
+ At least 7 years of experience in either clinical programming and/or statistical programming, within the CRO/pharmaceutical environment using SAS Software
+ In depth understanding of clinical programming and/or statistical programming processes and standards
+ Extensive experience with statistical programming using the SAS software including development and use of SAS Macros. Strong programming and problem-solving skills
+ Trained / hands on experience of R Programming
+ Advanced knowledge in CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM, ADaM)
+ Proven experience in leading programming activities for pooled and exploratory analyses across multiple clinical studies and submission activities (or equivalent)
+ Proven ability to work effectively both independently or in a team setting, and to meet set goals by managing own timelines
+ Experience working in cross-functional, multicultural and international clinical trial teams

**About the Role**
Cigna is undergoing a major global Agile transformation with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) as a core delivery model. We are looking for a Senior .NET Engineer with strong hands-on DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) capability to join our IOH Platform Team.
You will apply **deep expertise in modern .NET development** while **working within a platform team that builds shared services and tooling used across multiple product teams** . You'll operate in a predominantly **on-premises Windows Server environment,** contributing to reliable, scalable systems while supporting a gradual evolution toward hybrid/cloud solutions.
**Important:** This role requires both strong .NET engineering and hands-on DevOps/IaC experience.
**What You'll Do**
+ Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET (ASP.NET Core)
+ Develop and optimize data access layers using Entity Framework Core
+ Own services end-to-end: architecture, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
+ Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
+ Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) for application and environment provisioning
+ Work extensively with on-premises Windows Server environments, including deployment and runtime management on virtual machines
+ Collaborate with product and delivery teams to create reusable technical solutions
+ Contribute to improving engineering standards, automation, and system reliability
**What You'll Bring (Required)**
+ Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
+ 5-7+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong backend focus
+ **Deep hands-on experience with .NET technologies,** including: ASP.NET Core (Web APIs) and Entity Framework Core
+ Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade backend systems
+ **Hands-on DevOps experience** , including: **CI/CD pipeline implementation and management and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)** using tools such as Terraform, ARM, Bicep, or similar
+ Solid experience working in on-premises environments (Windows Server)
+ Working knowledge of Agile practices (e.g., sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, stand-ups)
+ Experience with Git-based version control
**Nice to Have**
+ Experience with hybrid or cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure)
+ Exposure to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
+ Experience building shared platforms or internal developer tooling
