Our client is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Lead Civil Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale infrastructure projects from conception to completion. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to manage projects and teams from a distance, utilizing advanced project management tools and communication platforms. You will be responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality construction outcomes while adhering to strict safety standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of civil engineering principles, extensive experience in construction project management, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.

- Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and material sourcing.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and regulatory bodies.
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions to ensure project continuity.
- Manage change orders and scope adjustments effectively.
- Conduct site visits and inspections (as required and feasible in a remote context, potentially via delegate or virtual means).
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore).
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and cost control.
