- Proven ability to conduct independent research and manage research projects from conception to completion.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS).
- Experience with remote sensing, GIS, and precision agriculture technologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex scientific information clearly.
- Demonstrated experience in managing remote research collaborations and data collection.
