Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale cleaning and sanitation operations, preferably in institutional or commercial settings.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful operational strategies.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills, with the ability to manage a remote workforce effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
