- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful operational strategies.
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills, with the ability to manage a remote workforce effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and industry best practices.
- Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
