About The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and data-savvy professional to support day-to-day execution within Tupande's market access program. As the Extension and Aggregation Specialist – Data & Execution Support, you will be the operational engine behind the sourcing of high-value crops (avocado and macadamia). You will ensure that sourcing calendars are followed, volume and quality targets are tracked, and critical decisions are backed by real-time and accurate data. You will connect field teams and office strategy through seamless coordination, timely reporting, and performance insights that drive execution.
You will report to the respective market access associate and support a team of field staff through provision of accurate, up-to-date and relevant data for informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Provide data insights that guide operational decisions and resource allocation
- Maintain daily and weekly sourcing trackers and dashboards
- Monitor KPIs and progress against seasonal targets
- Identify and escalate bottlenecks early to enable quick resolutions
- Prepare summaries, dashboards, and reports for leadership and field teams
- Ensure sourcing activities meet quality, quantity, and compliance benchmarks

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
- 3+ years of experience in operations, field execution, or agri-business development
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with complex google sheets and dashboards
- Experience in project coordination, logistics, or field operations support
- Ability to translate strategy into execution plans and tools for field teams
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of agricultural sourcing or tree crop value chains is a strong plus
- Willingness to travel frequently to rural sites (60–70% field-based)
