- Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational training program in automotive technology is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Automotive technical certification (e.g., NITA certification) is highly preferred.
- Experience with specific vehicle makes or models may be an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site and adhere to workshop schedules.

- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- ASE certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience with hybrid or electric vehicles is a plus.
