Responsibilities:

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Construction Project Manager will:
Manage project programmes and site execution from start to finish.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and monitor budgets.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries.
Supervise works to ensure design intent, quality standards, and safety.
Provide weekly project reports (progress, risks, financials).
