- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Petroleum), Earth Sciences, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the energy sector, with specific experience in geothermal energy.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex energy projects from initiation to closure.

- Experience with project finance, risk management, and contract negotiation.
