Our client is a rapidly growing tech company seeking an experienced and strategic Lead Technical Recruiter to spearhead their talent acquisition efforts for engineering positions. This role is fully remote, offering unparalleled flexibility.
As the Lead Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent globally. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. This role involves mentoring junior recruiters, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and leveraging various recruitment channels and technologies to build a robust talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in technical recruiting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior capacity, is required. Proven success in recruiting for various engineering disciplines (e.g., software development, data science, cybersecurity) is essential. Excellent knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) and ATS platforms is expected. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are critical. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment is a must. - Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools effectively.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Mentor and guide a team of technical recruiters, fostering their professional growth.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve processes and outcomes.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the pre-employment process.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
- Organize and participate in virtual career fairs and recruitment events.
- Ensure diversity and inclusion are prioritized throughout the hiring process.
- Manage vendor relationships with recruitment agencies and technology providers.
