  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, brokers, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
  • Lead negotiations for property purchases, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Oversee and manage the due diligence process, including property inspections, legal reviews, environmental assessments, and zoning compliance.
  • Prepare detailed investment proposals and presentations for the investment committee.
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and economic conditions affecting the real estate market.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth and efficient closing of transactions.
  • Manage the acquisition pipeline and track progress on all active deals.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's acquisition strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in real estate acquisition, property investment, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and closing real estate deals.
  • Strong financial acumen and expertise in real estate financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive due diligence and manage complex transactions.
  • Proficiency in real estate market analysis tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Strong understanding of real estate law and contract principles.
  • A robust network of contacts within the real estate industry is highly desirable.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
