- Develop and deliver security awareness training to relevant stakeholders.
- Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery.
- Architect and implement secure remote access solutions for employees and partners.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in network security, with a significant focus on telecommunications environments.
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and network security concepts.
- Hands-on experience with security technologies such as Cisco ASA/Firepower, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Check Point, Wireshark, Snort, Suricata.
- Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, ELK Stack) and endpoint security solutions.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and relevant telecom regulations.
- Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
