  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on developing online and blended learning programs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in applying learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard.
  • Strong graphic design and multimedia development skills (video editing, audio production).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Experience in designing for different audiences and diverse subject matters is advantageous.
