The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the e-commerce platform, including website performance, inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing initiatives. You will leverage data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive sales and profitability.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring its stability and performance.
  • Overseeing inventory levels, forecasting demand, and coordinating with supply chain partners for efficient stock management.
  • Optimizing the customer journey from website browsing to post-purchase support, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Analyzing website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.
  • Implementing A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Managing online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing, in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Leading and motivating a remote team of e-commerce specialists, customer service representatives, and fulfillment staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant e-commerce regulations and best practices.
  • Staying informed about emerging e-commerce trends, technologies, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in e-commerce operations and management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing online retail businesses.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and related technologies.
  • Expertise in data analysis, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills, particularly in a remote context.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and execution.
  • Experience with inventory management and supply chain logistics.
  • Ability to work autonomously, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and meet ambitious targets.
