The Opportunity: Executive Leadership & Uncapped Ownership
We are seeking a high-achieving leader to join our executive team as Head of Client Acquisition. This is a pivotal, 100% performance-based role designed for a proven executive ready to build significant wealth by driving revenue. Your mission is to lead, manage, and scale our entire Client Acquisition function, overseeing both Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Account Executives, Strategic Growth (AEs). You will directly earn a percentage of the total revenue generated by your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Strategy: Define and execute the comprehensive client acquisition strategy, setting ambitious goals and ensuring alignment with the CEO and CIO.
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, train, and provide strategic guidance and daily coaching to your entire Client Acquisition team. Develop a consistent, high-performance sales methodology across the team.
- Revenue Management: Own the entire sales pipeline, from strategic market research and lead generation to final deal closure and accurate revenue forecasting.
- Process & Infrastructure: Select, implement, and manage the necessary sales technology and processes (e.g., CRM optimization) to ensure the team operates with maximum efficiency and scalability.
- Performance Accountability: Establish clear KPIs and targets, conduct regular performance reviews, and hold the team accountable to aggressive revenue goals.
The Compensation Structure: High Reward
This is not a salaried position. This executive role is structured for a high-performing entrepreneur who wants maximum reward for their efforts:
- Primary Compensation: A generous override commission based on a percentage of the total revenue generated by the entire Client Acquisition team.
- Uncapped Earning: There is no cap on your commission potential.
- Incentives & Bonuses: Eligibility for significant performance bonuses and incentives awarded at the discretion of the CEO based on outstanding company-wide success or strategic milestones.
What We're Looking For
- Executive Acumen: Proven experience in a senior leadership role, demonstrating strategic thinking and the ability to define and execute revenue-driving initiatives.
